Description of problem:

For a lot of keyboard shortcuts my system just prints:

(gnome-control-center:9583): keyboard-cc-panel-WARNING **: No description for key '/apps/metacity/global_keybindings/* 

And in the GUI window keys appears as <Unknown Action>

How reproducible:



Steps to Reproduce:
1. LANG=C  gnome-control-center
2. run keyboard configuration app.
3. check shortcuts for  Unknown Action

This works without warnings since GNOME 3.4 (and Fedora 17) when we switched to using GSettings for mutter/metacity's keyboard shortcuts.
