Description of problem:
See screenshot.  The right panel has a scrollbar, but the right panel itself leaves a bunch of empty space at the bottom.  Not a good use of screen space.

Agreed.  The right side panel should go to the full height of the page minus the footer in all cases, including when the left list is long and the right panel is scrolling with the page.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
