XML after injection points are processed

Description of problem:
I attempted a publican build of my topics today and many that used to compile fine, now compile with errors. It appears that topics with automatically generated related topics are building invalid XML for the injection points.

For example, if I look at the compile error for Topic4590, I see:
ERROR: Topic failed docbook validation after the injection points were processed.
