Description of problem:

Sometimes I am unable to switch task to Completed state (javascript), button doesn't respond and following error appears in the browser error console:

Error: Ajax is not defined

The only solution is completely shut down the browser and load the page again.

Actually it seems that the status is updated and also the comment was added but this change wasn't reflected in the GUI (icon).

we can't reproduce it, would you please add more detailed steps?

I didn't hit this issue for some time. I will close this bug and reopen in case I have more info.
