Description of problem:


To solve an issue with "No module named dec"  an update is needed to python-webob, the current version available via easy_install is 1.2b2 http://pypi.python.org/pypi/WebOb

This appears to have been fixed in November in the 2011.3-3 update.  openstack-glance in el6 now depends on python-webob1.0, which is a parallel installable version that works with OpenStack.
