Create an EWS Tomcat compatible group

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create an EWS Tomcat compatible group and add a Tomcat instance
2.Start a Deployment of a Bundle and attempt accessing the group from step #1

Actual results:
No EWS Tomcat compatible group in "Resource Group" of Bundle Deployment

Expected results:
EWS Tomcat compatible group available in "Resource Group" of Bundle Deployment
