Description Ali Rohman 2011-10-25 16:27:33 UTC
SELinux is preventing /sbin/consoletype from 'write' accesses on the file /home/(removed)/.kde/share/config/dolphinrc.lock (deleted).

***** Plugin restorecon (98.5 confidence) suggests *************************

If you want to fix the label.
/home/(removed)/.kde/share/config/dolphinrc.lock (deleted) default label should be config_home_t.
Then you can run restorecon.
Do
# /sbin/restorecon -v /home/(removed)/.kde/share/config/dolphinrc.lock (deleted)

***** Plugin leaks (1.48 confidence) suggests ******************************

If you want to ignore consoletype trying to write access the dolphinrc.lock (deleted) file, because you believe it should not need this access.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to dontaudit this access.
Do
# grep /sbin/consoletype /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -D -M mypol
# semodule -i mypol.pp

***** Plugin catchall (1.48 confidence) suggests ***************************

If you believe that consoletype should be allowed write access on the dolphinrc.lock (deleted) file by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# grep consoletype /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
# semodule -i mypol.pp

Comment 1 Miroslav Grepl 2011-10-25 16:42:51 UTC
Do you know which tool you were using when this happened?

Comment 2 Daniel Walsh 2011-10-25 17:39:12 UTC
Well first I would run

restorecon -R -v ~/

To fix the labeling on your system.

Comment 3 Miroslav Grepl 2011-10-26 07:52:31 UTC
Yes, this should be first.
