Description of problem:

moodle-2.1.1-2.el6 carries huge amount of moodle langpacks which are never used.

moodle has changed language pack systemso that only en language pack is used from install dir. All other language packs are used from datadir and updated directly from net so bundled language packs should be removed from package.

Package moodle-2.0.8-2.fc16:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing moodle-2.0.8-2.fc16'
as soon as you are able to.
