How to reproduce
-----
1. I tried to use a total of 32 worspaces
2. then it crashed
3. now there's no border around windows (not possible to move, close, resize them)

How to reproduce
-----
1. I tried to use a total of 32 worspaces
2. then it crashed
3. now there's no border around windows (not possible to move, close, resize them)
