Description of problem:

Some engines provided by ibus-m17n are less useful than more specific engines such as m17n:ja:anthy vs ibus-anthy.  ibus-m17n should disable them by default.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run ibus-setup
2. select "Input Method" -> "Select an input method" -> "Japanese"

Actual results:
both "Anthy" and "anthy (m17n)" are shown.

Expected results:
only "Anthy" is shown
