Description of problem:
repo sync with schedules gets kicked off immediately rather than waiting for the scheduled time


[root@preethi ~]# pulp-admin -u admin -p admin repo sync  --id=f15 --start=2011-10-29T12:30:00-04:00:00
Sync for repository f15 started
