Description of problem:
If a filter is created on the user list and one of these users is selected, subsequently clearing the filter results in all matches showing up twice in the user view.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Create a few new users, "fibble", "zeta", and "bobbytables". 
2.  Refresh the users view to make sure everything is normal/sorted etc.
3.  In the filter box, enter "a*".  Assure that only users "admin" and "anonymous" appear
4.  Select user "admin"
5. Clear the filter on the user view.

Actual results:
users "admin" and "anonymous" appear twice in the user view. Also, (sometimes?) the filter reasserts itself in the UI. 

Expected results:
 Proper listing

This occurs elsewhere in UI too, i.e., Roles

The original issue of duplicate items appearing largely had to do with attempting to submit a search using the enter key.  This should now be fixed.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
