snIPL - simple network IPL - is a command line tool which serves as remote linux image control using basic Support Element (SE) functions or basic z/VM system management functions on one or more images.

System Loader uses a minimal RAM disk based Linux system to run a boot loader application and kexec to boot the final Linux system.

cpint - will allow superusers on Linux/390 guests running on z/VM to issue CP commands, and get back the response.
