Description of problem:

When uninstalling katello, the symlinks for katello-jobs in /etc/rc.d/* end up being bad symlinks to ../init.d/katello-jobs. katello service script itself appears to get cleaned up

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Install katello
2.  Uninstall katello
3.  updatedb; locate katello
  
Actual results:
/etc/rc.d/rc2.d/S88katello-jobs
/etc/rc.d/rc3.d/S88katello-jobs
/etc/rc.d/rc4.d/S88katello-jobs
/etc/rc.d/rc5.d/S88katello-jobs


[root@se-rhelbox rc5.d]# ls -alF /etc/rc.d/rc5.d/S88katello-jobs
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 22 Oct 31 21:10 /etc/rc.d/rc5.d/S88katello-jobs -> ../init.d/katello-jobs

[note: the above init.d/katello-jobs is actually missing.

Expected results:
we should have no phantom katello job symlinks sitting around any more than we do symlinks for other pkgs that have been removed.
