Description of problem:

Selecting the complete selection  ADMINISTER | Users & Groups | Users results in circles spinning. 

Select just Users & Groups will get you to the users successfully

version should be cloudforms-1.0.0

This appears to be fixed on the development master branch.

The issue was that for text/javascript, the "render from list rather than index" bit as missing:

  format.js { render :partial => 'list' }

Is there in the controller code on master, and I'm not seeing this behavior on my just-built RPM from master.

removing bugs from ce-sprint from the tracker.. you can find these bugs by querying the "qa whiteboard" for ce-sprint-60
