How reproducible:
Edit /etc/fstab

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add in fstab non existent swap partition on lvm2 or delete swap partition existent to fstab (/dev/mapper/$name_lvm_volume-$name_logical_volume swap  swap defauts 0 0)

Actual results:
take long time on boot system

Expected results:
Boot normal.

The default timeout is 90 seconds, IIRC. In general, don't add nonexistent partitions to fstab...

We cannot know if the device is truly non-existent or just slow to discover, so there has to be the timeout.

Adding 'nofail' to fstab should work around the issue.
