Description of problem:
Within openslp-2.0-0.2.beta2.el6.src.rpm.spec there is
%config(noreplace) /etc/rc.d/init.d/slpd
but http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:SysVInitScript#Initscript_packaging says "Initscripts must not be marked as %config files."

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 is in the Production 3 Phase. During the Production 3 Phase, Critical impact Security Advisories (RHSAs) and selected Urgent Priority Bug Fix Advisories (RHBAs) may be released as they become available.
