SQL Script: http://turkinator.eng.bne.redhat.com/build-sql-scripts/build-15.sql

Changes
- Bug #751282 Fixed the version numbers
- CSProcessor
	- Bug #751305 Added the Description & Copyright Holder keywords to be used when building a book. Copyright Holder is mandatory.
	- Bug #750970 Added the SpecRevision attribute. This is only used when editing and must be the second parameter.

- CSBuilder
	- Bug #751305 Description information is added to the abstract in Book_Info.xml if it isn't null in the database. Copyright Holder set inside the .ent file.
	- Bug #751308 Revision History is now populated to the information inside the AuthorInformation table using the user who requested the build. If the user isn't a writer then defaults are used. There are two defaults: the first is the information in AuthorInformation with an ID of 0. If the first default doesn't exist then the "CS Builder Robot" default is used.
	- Bug #751304 Fixed the issue where if the AuthorInformation database table was empty it would produce an invalid AuthorGroup.xml

(Note: You will need to execute the SQL Script before running the server. The SQL Script also fixes an issue with the SQL Script from build 14)
