Description of problem:
If you have pulseaudio-libs-zeroconf installed, updates to 1.1-1.fc17 will fail because pulseaudio-libs-zeroconf depends on the old version and won't be replaced.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install pulseaudio-libs-zeroconf-0.9.23-1.fc16 (downgrading the rest of pulseaudio stuff at the same time)
2.yum update
3.
  
Actual results:
None of the pusleaudio packages will be updated

Expected results:
pulseaudio packages updated except for pulseaudio-libs-zeroconf which should be removed as that package no longer exists.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle.
Changing version to '19'.

(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 19 development
cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 19 End Of Life. Thank you.)

- tighten subpkg deps via %%_isa
- remove autoconf/libtool hackery
