Do you still have this issue with the 3.2.7 or newer kernels? Also, you haven't really added anything here that would help us track this down. Could you attach the dmesg output and anything in /var/log/messages that looks relevant to this with the newer kernels if you are still seeing it? Created attachment 566453 [details]

However, there's a problem: first time after i connect the bluetooth adapter, the bluetooth-applet is not visible. Attempting to launch it from terminal, exited with the error that the applet is already running. Logout and login once, then until the next reboot, the applet becomes visible as expected, even if i disconnect and later reconnect the bluetooth adapter. This happens in gnome-shell as well as in fallback mode. Thank you for your assistance on this matter. that sounds like a separate problem, in gnome-bluetooth. Please open a new bug on that. As the kernel bug is fixed I'll close this out. Thanks for retesting. |
