Description of problem: The latest version of R and associated packages in the EPEL repository is 2.13.1 even though version 2.14.0 exists.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
"yum list R" on a system with the EPEL repository installed, or go to http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/epel/6/x86_64/repoview/R.html . The problem is also present in el5.
  
Actual results:
R is version 2.13.1-4


Expected results:
R should be version 2.14.0 (http://cran.r-project.org/)
