Description of problem:
If emails from multiple instances of Zanata are being sent to the same email address, there is no clear way to determine which instance sent a particular email. Some emails have a link that can be used to identify the server, but others do not.


Expected results:
All emails show the url of the server that they were sent from.

Pushed change to 1.4 and 1.5. All emails now use a template that has a link to the server after the main body.
