Description of problem:

Condor 7.7.* fails to merge back, after a job ran, a created slot 
to its dynamic slot.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

7.7.1 (and 7.7.0)

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable dynamic slots
2. Run a job
3. condor_status --direct <name> and see that the
   slot remains available.  

Actual results:

Slots do not merge back after use.

Expected results:

Functioning dynamic slots like pre-7.7.0.

This is upstream bug #2507 (https://condor-wiki.cs.wisc.edu/index.cgi/tktview?tn=2507)

This has been fixed in 7.7.2, released Oct. 12th.  I'd like F15 to get it...

F16 has 7.7.3-pre, so should not suffer from this problem.
