Description of problem:The lower desktop panel is blank even though I have several file folders and other applications open.  In the past the lower panel displays open documents and allows easy transition from one open document to another.

Expected results:  Managing open windows from a panel is a standard feature that has been available for many years on all desktop interfaces.

This bug has carried over to FE16

This message is a notice that Fedora 15 is now at end of life. Fedora
has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 15. It is
Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no
longer maintained. At this time, all open bugs with a Fedora 'version'
