Description of problem:
After unregistering, not close subscription-manager GUI and open registration window again, the previous user's credential isn't cleared.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open subscription-manager GUI and register to stage env.
2.Unregister.
3.Press Register button again.
  
Actual results:
The registration window is opened and previous user's credential isn't cleared.

Expected results:
The previous user's credential shouldn't be saved.

Works for me as of subscription-manager 0.99.5
