Description of problem: I've purchased a subscription of RHEL Desktop 6.1 to install on my private laptop, which is equiped with a ATI graphics chipset. While the default radeon driver doesn't provide 3D support (ATI M92 RV710), ATI "Cataclysm" driver does provide 3D support.

The driver provides 2 methods to install the software:
 #1 - Build and install using a sort of 'manual' method (no rpm);
 #2 - Build a .rpm that users can install

I've chosen #2 because I'm not familiar with the dependencies and generating the RPM to install with 'yum install fglrx*.rpm' sorts that out.
Unfortunatly, though I have access to all dependencies required by yum, there is no rpm-build package available for users who subscribed RHEL Desktop subscriptions.

Please consider including rpm-build RPM in the pattern for this users as it is helpful in situations like the ATI "Cataclysm" driver.

I've personally worked this around by downloading a RHEL server DVD image and installed the rpm-build package from it. 




Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop 6.1.
2. Download ATI "Cataclysm" driver from ATI website[1]
3. Run the ATI "Cataclysm" installer and generate a driver RPM for RHEL6.

Install log in /usr/share/ati should complain about a missing rpm-build. This package isn't available for RHEL Desktop subscription, such option only inspires users to taint the RHEL install with CentOS/SL package, or download the server DVD. As you can imagine it's somehow stressing that a 'Desktop' release has such issues with one of the major hardware providers drivers.



  
Actual results:
The ATI "Cataclysm" driver installer can't generate a "Cataclysm" driver package because it requires rpm-build to be installed.



Expected results:
Users should be granted access through yum to rpm-build package in order to build driver ATI "Cataclysm" driver.

I've noticed that 'rpm-build' is already on the beta optional repositories; thanks Red Hat, it is really handy for using with ATI drivers and generate an RPM.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 is in the Production 3 Phase. During the Production 3 Phase, Critical impact Security Advisories (RHSAs) and selected Urgent Priority Bug Fix Advisories (RHBAs) may be released as they become available.
