Actually, Arduino 1.0 has now been released - it would be great to have that soon.

The Updates Policy specifically says updates must not include new major versions with API changes, so I'm afraid not.

People who are keen to get the latest version can "yum install fedora-release-rawhide && yum --enablerepo=rawhide install arduino", although I realise that that's not going to help you with FEL.  Sorry.
