Description of problem:
In step 3, cluster name is set to "Mick", then in step 4. is printed cluster with name "conwat-test-cluster".

next: example should contain note that user have to launch the cluster after config. e.g. "4. After launching cluster members you can use qpid-cluster to list the membership of the cluster or to shutdown cleanly."
