How reproducible:

Always with compiz-0.9.5.92.1-0.1.gite676f1b12eb8db3a76978eed5bfc7c2cf9a0b6ce

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Configure an xsession with compiz, gtk-window-decorator and gnome-terminal.
2. Start a Gnome Terminal in center of screen
3. Increase the font size of gnome-terminal by pressing CTRL + "+" twice
4. Watch the gnome-terminal window boundary not increase with the font size.
  
Actual results:

gnome-terminal increases font size and keeps the same frame size but reduces the rows and columns regardless of screen boundaries.

Expected results:

gnome-terminal should increase font size while preserving row and column sizes and only change row and column sizes with the window frame cannot fit within the screen boundary.
