Description of problem:
bonus virtual pools are not being consumed by consuming a physical pool

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
user - dev2_test_4
pw- redhat

1. Login to https://rails-fte.gss.devlab.phx1.redhat.com/management/distributors/
2. Two sets of subscriptions exist physical and virtual with matching contract numbers.
3.  When I add 1 physical subscription to the distributor 1 virtual subscription is subtracted.
  
Actual results:
Only 1 virtual subscription is subtracted.

Expected results:
What we expect to happen is that all 'bonus virt pools' for a physical subscription should be consumed by virtue of consuming the physical.

Ex:

On an account with a physical subscription that gives you 4 virt, say you have qty 10 of that subscription giving you 10 physical, 40 virt
If you bound 1 physical to a manifest you should end up with 9 physical, 36 virt remaining
