Description of problem:
The two tables in Sync Schedule have no column headers.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Add some products, preferably RH and some third party products.
2.  Sync Management > Sync Plans; Create a sync plan called "epel" and make it an hourly sync
3.  Sync Management > Sync Schedule; View UI
  
Actual results:

Both views in the tupane have populated data but there are no column headers to indicate what the various fields mean.

Expected results:
Appropriate col headers.
