Description of problem:
Currently my system has gstreamer 0.10.35 installed but only gstreamer-python
0.10.21.1.

If would be nice to have an updated package to gstreamer-python 0.10.21 since
that would bring us up to speed with the latest API additions in gstreamer and a bunch of bug fixes.

The next release of pitivi will also require at least gstreamer-python 0.10.22.
