workaround
I should disable the dialog although it depends on recent firefox profile state.
New update has been posted to: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2011-15721 please test the package firefox-8.0-2. The fix may not be 100% working (it depends on recent profile state) but I think it's ok as a temporary workaround. According to http://blog.ffextensionguru.com/2011/11/09/disable-firefox-8-add-on-controls/ we have to set extensions.shownSelectionUI too. Created attachment 533729 [details]
updated patch
+ we have to set the preferences in rpm
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2011-15667 also needs some love from proventesters. *** Bug 752739 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Okay, "fixed" now. |
