Description of problem:

upon host installation, vdsm fails to create libivrt_password file under /etc/pki/vdsm/keys, which prevents from vdsm to communicate with libvirt in SASL. 

quick workaround is to create file your self. 

git: latest vdsm git on fedora project - http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/

repro steps: 

install new host (fedora based host).
