Description of problem:
Current, we have a very light overview and then immediately dive into configuration chapters.  We don't explain any of the components before we talk about configuration.

We really should have a much more expansive and detailed overview section that identifies the major components, their roles/responsibilities, how the interact, etc.  Some diagrams would probably be helpful as well.

Additionally, we mention Classads in the overview section, then don't talk about it again until Ch6.  Given the importance of classads in understanding what condor is doing, it seems better to move the parts about how classads work to an earlier section (maybe a subsection of the overview?).
