Description of problem:
If you launch a catalog entry (as opposed to specifying a deployable URL, which is being removed anyway), you're never asked to select a realm.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a catalog + catalog entry
2. Navigate to a pool and select your catalog
3. Choose your catalog entry and launch it
  
Actual results:
User is never prompted to select a realm.

Expected results:
User is prompted to select an (optional) realm.

fixing version.. move to 1.0.0
