Thanks for your report but i think it is not a bug.
Please try an update by: yum update
if it is not able to solve your problem:
i think you are installed a pre-release with updates-testing enabled. and... now updates-testing is turned off. either re-enable updates-testing or run: yum distro-sync to downgrade to only stable updates can help you get-rid of this problem.Anyway i think it is not a bug.
