on sector:  6.2. Upgrading a Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor with local media

the boot option in 6.2 have below, can upgrade RHEV-H by select the first option "Install or Upgrade", but the doc doesn't include it.

Install or Upgrade
Install or Upgrade with serial console
Reinstall
Reinstall with serial console
Uninstall
Boot from local drive

ok, when you fix bug 752719, please consider add the content to chapter 6:
