Description of problem:
Sound output is very distorted


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
100% using the sound preference speaker test


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run 'gnome-volume-control'
2.Choose the 'Hardware' tab
3.Choose 'Test Speakers' and 'Front Left'
  
Actual results:
Lots of echo, distortion, etc


Expected results:
"Front Left" audio message


Additional info:
Works fine under Fedora 16
Attached alsa-info output for RHEL6.1 and Fedora16

Per comment#7, this issue is solved in current RHEL 6.2 release.
