Description of problem:

The sync status page is incorrectly showing 'Sync complete' for a new product, if there was a previous product sync, prior to adding the new product.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
git master

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create provider/product/repo (e.g. product 1)
2. sync the repo for product 1 and observe 'Sync complete.'
3. create provider/product/repo (e.g. product 2)
4. go to Sync Status
  
Actual results:
The sync status page shows 'Sync complete.' for both products; however, only product 1 was actually synced.

Expected results:
The sync status page show 'Sync complete' only for the product that was previously synced (product 1).
