Description of problem:
I've an ASUS EEEPC that makes 1020x600 display resolution.
The Evolution properties window for when configuring the e-mail account and all other options don't fit the screen and it's not resizable.
I'm not able to see the buttons in the bottom and in some windows I can't see some of the input fields.
The window should fit or should be at least resizable with a scrollbar.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just launch the application for the first time use and the configuration wizard will not fit the screen.

Window is not resizable and does not fit the screen, comes out at bottom.

Expected results:
Should be at least resizable with a scrollbar.
