Description of problem:

I think beaker-repo-update is making repos which don't work on rhel5.

0.8.9

How reproducible:
Everytime

Actual results:
[root@dev-kvm-guest-03 ~]# yum -y --disablerepo=* --enablerepo=beaker-* install rhts-test-env-lab rhts-legacy
