I'm unable to report abrt arrors to RH bugzilla

when trying to report an abrt bug via the bugzilla plugin I get:

Logowanie do Bugzilli pod adresem https://bugzilla.redhat.com
fatal: XML-RPC(-504): libcurl failed to execute the HTTP POST transaction, explaining:  Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates
(exited with 1)

The second line means "Logging into bugzilla under address"

OK closing this as it was related to the bad nss-3.13.1-2 package which was pulled out of testing. downgrading helped.
