Description of problem:
Standard CCID package doesn't include some Feitian readers in list of handled devices.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ccid-1.3.9-3.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:
Connect Feitian smart card reader via USB
  
Actual results:
USB device is detected. Nothing happens. Reader is not detected.


Expected results:
PCSC should be triggered to handle the device.
