Description of problem:
" ବ୍ୟ " is not rendered correctly in XP.

Same problem with ଶ୍ଵ, ତ୍ୟା, ଜ୍ୟୈ, ଦ୍ଵା. The display has problems, so conjuncts are shown as combination of 2/3 characters instead of a conjunct. 

ବ୍ୟ, ତ୍ୟା and ଜ୍ୟୈ work correctly with the "APUni Aprant" font:

How reproducible:
Try to display the above strings in Firefox on Windows XP.

Thanks Amir for reporting this, i will check this.

Since this bug is not fedora specific lets keep this open in upstream
