Description of problem: Very slow perfomance


How reproducible: Start from live USB

  
Actual results:
1) Very high CPU loading during disk copy operations.
2) Very slow screen refresh
3) Very slow common perfomance

This is reportedly fixed in the 3.1.2-1 update.
