Description of problem:

Template created from stateless VM is created without the stateless tag
As a result all vms created from the template will not be created as stateless.

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create stateless vm
2. create template from the vm
3. 
  
Actual results:

template is not created with stateless tag. 

Expected results:

template should be created as stateless 


Additional info:
Please note that there is a bug that Desktop-VM won't inherit 'Stateless' from its template. 

but in this case the template is not created as stateless to begin with.
