Description Rui Mota 2011-11-20 22:19:58 UTC
Description of problem:
My baby just hang Xorg or Gnome 3
It happened when the baby was sitting on my lap and started to random type in the keyboard. Since I don't want to lose my work I just pressed the ESC key when any menu appears on screen to make it go away.
It was a matter of seconds of that to make it happen.... crash+hang...work gone.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
It happened by pressing a lot of keys at same time.
Random key pressing or unexpected input is the basic test of any software.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put your hands on the keyboard and press multiple keys at same time.
2. Keep messing with the mouse and keyboard, when the top left cornet menu comes up, press ESC key, or any other menu, press ESC key.
3. Until it crash+hang

Actual results:
It seems to get unresponsive for a couple of seconds then does a kind of logoff but no GDM will appear after.
I noticed the bluetooh mouse signal was lost too.

Expected results:
Should not crash+hang.
Should survive the basic child test.

I will close this bug myself as it's been long it does not happen.
I'm no longer able to reproduce it again.
Seems like some system update fixed it.
