'yum repolist' echo 'Unable to find consumer: ****' but the consumer actually exist

1. register to stage env via CLI 
2. subscribe one subscription 
3. #yum repolist
  
Actual results:
Loaded plugins: katello, product-id, security, subscription-manager
Updating certificate-based repositories.
Unable to find consumer: 59686e5b-4038-4672-a732-f87d396aa70b
