Description of problem:
When a file is dragged onto the Hotspot(the top left corner), the Window list does not appear to be dropped.
The feature was found to be in Gnome 3 which may be considered as a bug and disabled in the current version.

How reproducible:
Common unless Gnome 3.2 installed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Drag a File to the top left corner of the screen (showing the Activities).

Actual results:
Does not show window list

Expected results:
Must show window list for which the destined window could be hovered on to be dropped.

Additional info:
This feature is helpful while dragging and dropping a file over a music player which may be running.

This doesn't appear to be a bug with the Accessibility Guide.
